Briefly noted....,

One of the barn doors had been left open.
A robin family decided that the fourth rung up on a step ladder was an ideal spot for a nest.
There's four eggs.
We get dive bombed every time we enter the barn.
I'm glad they're there. They are carnivorous and help to keep the bug population in check.
I'd love to host some barn swallows in fact, they are always really hungry.
It's just that I wish this pair had built up in the eaves and used the entrance up there that I'd provided.
