Thoughts on a Gentle June Evening.....,

One of my brothers recently purchased a two family home - not too far from where Randy and I are living. He took the downstairs apartment, and the upstairs went to his daughter and her family.
We visited this evening.

There is a nice sized, fenced, back yard - with grass and trees and a gazebo and a small blow-up pool. It's a near perfect place for his six year old grand daughter.

The lightning bugs were out tonight. A Snapple bottle was quickly emptied and Ivy was all about the yard, catching a few, and being encouraged by three adults.

It was life, exactly as it should be.
