I've retired.
I've moved.
I attempted to do both at the same time and it wasn't such a good idea to be simultaneously winding up both a job and an apartment - but I did it anyway.
This time I've purchased a home - three bedrooms, a deck, a nice sized yard, and the rather large garage that I needed for my car accumulation. The house - by deliberate choice - needs a lot of work. Enough's already been done that it's liveable and someday it will actually be beautiful.
