Parkinson's Law......

States that work expands to fill the time available for it's completion. [The late C. Northcote Parkinson was a middle manager in the British Admirilty I believe and had ample example from which to formulate his hypothesis.]

I wonder if he ever had the opportunity to observe my morning commute? It was very bad yesterday, salted windshields, driving directly into the winter's low morning sun. I ended up arriving about fifteen minutes late. This morning I left my home twenty one minutes earlier. I still ended up arriving ten minutes late.

"There's gotta be a better way...."
Maybe that lottery ticket for tomorrow night that's in my pocket.
